Of course, there are still no confirmed design details for the new iPhone 14 generation. However, the leaker Vova LD has already provided images of the iPhone 14 Pro. The basis of all this was previously known rumors about the smartphone.

Accordingly, the design of the iPhone 14 Pro – and therefore perhaps those of other models in the series – will not differ much from its predecessor. Only a few small things can be changed. The frame should be made of titanium and the entire case a little narrower. The camera module should also shrink slightly. According to the design of the Vova LD, the notch can disappear from the front. Instead, there are now two slots for the selfie camera and Face ID sensors. And while very few people would miss the notch, the potential new design is causing resentment. The problem: the size of the holes. In some graphics nothing looks inappropriate. It is still unclear if the design will really materialize, as the offers are based solely on rumours.

How much can iPhone 14 display?

When it comes to refresh rate, Apple lags far behind the competition from Samsung, Huawei & Co., because models up to the iPhone 13 only deliver 60Hz, while the other 120Hz (or more!) are already standard. Apple currently uses 120Hz for Pro models, but there’s definitely more! It remains to be seen if the standard model of the iPhone 14 will also be equipped with this refresh rate.

Another potential innovation is the so-called always-on display. The fact that smartphones can display information such as when the screen turns off is also standard on Android devices. iPhone users are still waiting for the feature. That could finally change in 2022 — at least for future iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max owners. At least that’s what Apple expert Mark Gurman claims in Bloomberg Business Magazine. Accordingly, Apple could introduce Always-On Display capability with iOS 16.

iPhone 14: Lightning or USB-C connector?

It’s the eternal dilemma of all iPhone users: you always have to take a different charging cable with you for your Apple devices than other technologies. The iPad shows a trend towards USB-C connectivity, but what will the iPhone 14 look like? Opinions vary greatly on it. However, Apple could come under pressure from the European Union, which is demanding an end to a variety of communications by 2024.

What cameras will the iPhone 14 lineup have?

According to insider Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 14 Pro models’ camera could make a big leap. Smartphones will likely be able to record 8K videos and rely on a 48MP image sensor. There may also be a periscope camera with 10x optical zoom, which can take better telephoto photos

How to unlock iPhone 14?

The fingerprint sensor is a very practical feature in times of masks. It remains to be seen if we’ll get Touch ID with the iPhone 14 – the rumor mill isn’t unanimous. It may also be that the known notch (the hole at the top of the screen) has shrunk or completely disappeared and Face ID technology moves below the screen.

Price: How much does an iPhone 14 cost?

Since the iPhone Mini is likely to be discontinued, an indirect price increase could certainly come our way. Because if the iPhone 14, which is more expensive compared to the iPhone Mini, becomes an entry-level model, users will have to pay more if they want a new iPhone at all. Whether the prices will change compared to the iPhone 13 is not yet known.

The new series of smartphones from Apple is likely to appear in the fall of 2022: the iPhone 14 in various forms. But what can we expect from the new iPhone generation? We have collected for you all the rumors about the features, version and prices. Information always contains informed portals such as “MacRumors” or “Macwelt” from various leakers such as Vova LD Receipt.

When will the iPhone 14 appear?

Apple’s flagships – the iPhone lineup – are usually presented in the fall. Therefore, we can assume that the iPhone 14 will also be presented in September.

What types of iPhone 14 can we expect?

There will probably be no iPhone 14 Mini. However, we can expect four iPhone 14 models: iPhone 14, Max, Pro, and Pro Max. Models must come in two different screen diagonals. Here’s what the iPhone 14 line could look like:

  • iPhone 14: 6.1 inch screen
  • iPhone 14 Max: 6.7 inch screen
  • iPhone 14 Pro: 6.1 inch screen
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max: 6.7 inch screen

How are iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro different from each other?

We might not expect any groundbreaking differences between the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Pro. Essentially, the camera technology of the Pro models will likely set itself apart from the standard variants. The screen diagonal may be the only difference between the iPhone 14 Pro and the iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Both Pro versions should get a 48-megapixel sensor camera and eight GB of RAM. The iPhone 14, on the other hand, is likely to handle a 12-megapixel camera and six gigabytes of RAM. Apple can also make a difference between models in case material.
