– After the season is before the season. Here club fans can find out how to get season tickets for the 2021/22 Second Division season – and what they have to pay for them.
For a long time, 1.FC Nürnberg has managed to establish itself in the first third of the table of the second German Bundesliga standings. Quite a few fans of the club had already dreamed of returning to the Senate for football. At the end of the season, FCN finished eighth. While the players have been on vacation, organizational preparations for the 2022/23 season are already underway. The club announced on its website how fans can obtain season tickets for the new second division season.
As in previous years, the seasonal ticket price is charged by the SEPA Direct Debit Authorization. If you already have a season pass and want to catch up on watching matches at Max Morlock Stadium from your regular seat, you don’t have to do anything. The subscription continues automatically. According to the club, the discount will take place from June 20. If bank details change, fans must email the new information with the subject “Change bank details” to the ticket.
Fans who wish to cancel their subscription must contact the same address. You have until Monday, June 20 to do so. An email with the subject “Season Ticket Cancellation” must contain the ticket ID as well as the ban, row and seat. Cancellations can also be mailed to 1. As is already the case with mobile contracts, fans can cancel their first-time-monthly seasonal subscription at the end of the month starting July 1 due to a change in the Fair Consumer Contracts Act. As indicated by the general terms and conditions of the ticket amended by the club, holders of season tickets and the club itself can only cancel the subscription with one month’s notice if the ticket holder already has a season ticket for one season. In the so-called initial term, early termination by the client is excluded.
In the future, season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase the season ticket in digital form. The association would like to explain the exact procedure to season ticket holders via email in the coming weeks. However, fans in blocks 7, 9 and 11 are disqualified. They will only have a season ticket in the form of a plastic card. Due to increased demand, part of the square will become another 20 family blocks.
Prices increased slightly
While season ticket prices for the 2021/22 season have remained stable compared to the previous season, the club has now increased them slightly. If you want to watch the Klauss-Elf matches in a standing room in the North Stand, you pay €190, which is €10 more than the previous season. At €170 and €90, discount tickets and children’s tickets are now five euros higher than before. Seats in the upper tier are available to regular payers depending on the class for 320 or 285 euros (previous season 299/270 euros) and in the south wing (Block 22) for 320 euros versus 299 euros the previous season.
In the back, prices are up a good five percent. For regular payers, season subscriptions in the three different categories cost €475, 445 or €400, which is €25 more than last season. If you want a Class 1 seat in the main grandstand, you will be required to pay €650 (previous season €619). In the family block, adults pay €320 and up to three children €85 each (low season €290/70).
As before, season tickets are transferable and can be resold via the FCN secondary ticket market. So if you can’t attend a game, you don’t have to pay the prorated costs. According to FCN information, season ticket holders can save up to 40 percent and do not have to pay an additional fee. Tickets also entitle you to youth games and are valid as VGN tickets. Anyone who chooses Season Ticket Plus can also watch all additional matches, such as DFB Cup matches or potential relegation, from their regular seat.
If fans want to change their season tickets, they have the opportunity to do so until June 13. To do this, they must send an email with the previous ticket ID, ban, class, seat and new requested seat to ticketfcn.de. Season tickets will be available for free sale via the online ticket shop from July 4-6. Fans can call 0911/940 79888 from June 1 with any questions they have about tickets.
If – which no one hopes – Max Morlocke Stadium is only partially occupied again due to the pandemic, season ticket holders will be given the opportunity to pay the subscription price proportionately. In this case, the association would like to inform you in a timely manner of further action.
